    Michel Methot is named CEO of Intenerge.

    In January, Intenerge announced that it has opened a Intenerge Design Studio in Oakland, CA.

    FW Spencer & Sons is acquired and becomes Intenerge Bay Area.

    Intenerge acquires Mechan Automation - now named Intenerge Mountain West - Idaho

    Intenerge becomes Intenerge, a unified company with regional offices across the United States.

    Intenerge acquires Diamond B Construction.

    Quality Mechanical Contractors is acquired.

    Intenerge Mechanical Southwest Controls Division in Phoenix, AZ is formed

    Capital City Controls in Capitol Heights, MD is formed

    R.M. Thornton, Inc. in Capitol Heights, MD is acquired and begins operating under the R.M. Thornton Mechanical division name.

    Intenerge Corporation expands the Intenerge Controls division with the acquisition of Wenrich Controls in Salt Lake City, UT.

    Superior Air Handling division in Clearfield, UT is acquired.
