Precision Manufacturing Equipment
The scale and scope of our manufacturing work allows us to invest in the most advanced cutters, drills, welding equipment and jigs. This brings unrivaled precision at high speeds. Every component is manufactured to exact specifications, using automated cutting and beveling processes to ensure perfect cuts and bevels to fit up. We also have our welds routinely X-rayed for quality assurance.
In-House Certified Experts
Our team of expert fabricators is certified in pressure vessel repairs and alterations, power piping, power boilers and a wide range of welding specialties to move any project forward. Harris is proud to provide ongoing education for our manufacturing facilities on the components we have assembled. Whatever the job involves – welding, grinding, fitting or finishing – safety is our first priority.

LEED Silver Certified Facility
As part of our commitment to reducing environmental impact, we made significant changes to our facility in Zumbrota, Minnesota, earning Harris LEED Silver certification. To accomplish this, we:
- Reduced potable water consumption for irrigation by 100 percent
- Reclaimed and recycled over 40 percent of potable water that was treated by a public agency
- Reduced water use by 52.9 percent by installing low flow fixtures
- Diverted 57.5 percent of building waste from renewable resources
- Purchased 35 percent of our power from renewable resources
